A rose by any other name . . .

could never be as hott as this Azzedine Alaia desert rose colored cross back dress. What (you ask) is desert rose? Desert rose is much like a very light heather grey that has been dyed a light pink. The end result is a color that comes ends up looking like a cross between taupe and pink. Having just gone to a few trunk shows, Decades can honestly say, this color is going to be the IT color very, very soon. The dress itself is classic Alaia, with fagottry stitching all over the place. There is a low scoop back, off the shoulder straps the cross in the back, and the dress hits just below the knee. If you like this dress, we suggest you call immediately!

To quote one of the most fashionable films of the recent past, Clueless, "Oh, no. You don't understand this is an Alaia. It's like a totally important designer."
